Yes. MS Floors & Cleaning is one company with two sides: flooring installation, led by Marcos De Souza, and cleaning, led by Maisa. You can book either one on its own, or both for the same property, with one point of contact.
Hardwood (solid and engineered), luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate. We also handle the work around the floor: carpet removal, subfloor prep and leveling, and baseboard installation.
House cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning.
We are based in southwest Orlando (32811) and work across Greater Orlando, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, Winter Park, Apopka, Winter Garden, Windermere and Ocoee.
Yes. The company carries liability insurance that covers both the flooring and the cleaning work.
